About YSIPIX
YSIPIX is a registered fictitious business name under the sole proprietorship of Yesika Wong, founded in Northern California in 2025. This creative brand identity was established to represent the commercial and artistic side of Yesika Wong's photography services.
The purpose of using the YSIPIX name is to distinguish Yesika’s work in commercial, branding, and editorial photography—offering a clean, professional experience while staying true to her artistic vision and storytelling style.
All services provided under the YSIPIX name are operated solely by Yesika Wong Photography.

Studio Rules & Policies
To maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients and creatives, please review and follow these studio guidelines:
Booking & Time Use
Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly to ensure you vacate the space on time.
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments if the studio is not vacated by the end of the reservation.
Respect the Space
Handle all props, furniture, and equipment with care.
Do not move heavy furniture or wall backdrops without prior approval.
Glitter, smoke bombs, confetti, or open flames are not permitted.
Cleanliness & Reset
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
Please dispose of trash properly. Cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.
No Unauthorized Entry
Only individuals listed on the booking may access the studio during rental time.
Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets
Pets are welcome only with prior approval and must remain leashed or contained.
Noise & Courtesy
Respect our neighbors; no loud music or disruptive behavior.
Keep doors closed during sessions to minimize outside noise.
Liability
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs during their booking.
YSIPIX Photography is not liable for personal property left behind.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations require a minimum of 72-hours notice for 70% refund and 7 days for a full refund.
Reschedules must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
